...Is...it spring yet.....?

[He sounds sleepy, accentuated by the fact that while people may have seen him around on other journals, he hasn't been very active on his. Add this to the "people have barely seen him since the beginning of winter" thing and it looks like his shut-in days are coming to an end again.]

Ah...welcome to the new residents of Luceti. I hope your transition to this strange land is relatively painless.

...

Does anyone wish to participate in a recipe exchange? Food is an important part of cultural heritage and... It is the experience of a strange feeling of withdrawal... Why are there are no food programs here...

....Thank you.
folklorist: (Yes I do agree with that)

Oh! This sounds absolutely wonderful. We should have something like this every once in awhile here. Cultural exchanges like this could be ever so amazing given the eclectic groups in Luceti.

[ Honestly Helios was more concerned about you Japan than his roof. It's only a few moments later that he realizes that you're the person who fell through his roof. ]

It would be nice to get in touch with other people's cultures. I had suggested a culture festival of sorts at the town meeting. This could certainly help make way for it. [ Hm. ]

Have you had anything Romanian before?
folklorist: (Ever so curious)

Yes. It's been a plan in the works. I suspect something should be cropping up in the spring at least. You should definitely contribute! I think Japan's culture is quite fascinating, really. I'll probably have my own booth for Romania.

[ And at this Helios' eyes widen a little. His country? Is actually like Japan...that's just...amazing. ] Oh! Really? I would love to meet him someday. What is he like, if-if you could tell me anything that is.

As for the food. Some dishes are sour others more subtle in their tastes. There's a good blend of Dacian, Roman, Ottoman, and German influence in it too. Our food is a literal melting pot. [ He chuckles at that. ] I do love it but like all things some of the dishes you have to acquire a taste for them.
folklorist: (So you did like it then)

Oh I certainly have no doubts about that! I look forward to seeing yours, when the time comes. [ You have just been roped into participating Japan! Aren't you excited?! ]

Crafts? [ Helios' mind doesn't automatically go to magic but it's also a thought when he hears the term. ]

Well that's always nice! Having similar interests with other people I mean. I'm sure they both get along.

[ It's still strange, even for Helios who has seen the most strangest of things, that somewhere in another universe are personified countries. Romania and Japan and England. It's also very intriguing. ]
