Well...I can't do anything really fancy or whatever. Mostly just like, meatloaf or potato soup, that kinda thing. Oh! And I like baking desserts. Like cakes and stuff!

Ah, I make... ... Japanese foods. And I adapt foreign taste to Japanese taste, lowering spiciness and adding shoyu or miso...

...But my favorite is salted salmon.

Not...particularly, no, but adjusting the amount of salt is very important. If too salty, it ruins taste of fish. If not salty enough, the taste of salt does not come through.
