miniaturization: (why do you exist)
[Japan bumps the journal while he's working and it turns on, showing him at a table, concentrating hard on something. Instead of his usual kimono, he's wearing just a plain white t-shirt and has a white hachimaki tied around his forehead. Scattered all over the desk are electronic parts, illuminated by a single desk lamp, in various stages of assembly. Currently, Japan is agonizing over soldering circuit boards. He touches the tip of the soldering iron to a few places, then sits back, sighing as he rolls his shoulders.]

[A moment later and he puts on a pair of magnifying glasses, then goes back to work.

Feel free to ask him what he's doing or make some comments. He is still trying to make Poland's flat-screen TV, despite knowing it is fairly impossible.
