[In the middle of the town plaza is a little penguin. He seems rather rooted to his spot and there is a small dog next to him looking a bit put out and shaking slightly through it all.

But the penguin is undeterred. Or it's simply that he has no choice.

While he stands in the middle of the plaza, he is singing this song and looking around. If anyone can understand penguin expressions, he actually looks distraught, but he can't do much more than sing this song.]
